  • Every business is unique so we offer tailor-made options to suit your IT support requirements (in addition to our standard IT support contract)
  • Outsourcing your IT support requirements allows for greater flexibility; we can increase the level of support required as you grow
  • Around 90% of IT support issues are resolved remotely either by telephone or using remote desktop streaming. This enables quick resolution of day-to-day problems without the need to visit your office.
  • 4 hour response time if a site visit is required. Our engineers are all experienced, polite and helpful, and understand that enabling you to get on with your business is the highest priority
  • Site visits, when required, are included in the IT support fee without any additional costs (hardware excluded)
  • Each IT support contract contains a Service Level Agreement that outlines the role and responsibilities of both parties
  • IT Support contracts start from less than £200 per month

  • Daily monitoring of your systems to ensure smooth running, successful backups and anti-virus and Microsoft security updates. Any server errors are acted on
  • Microsoft service packs are implemented when released and standard software updates applied
  • Anti virus software is kept up to date on servers and desktop PCs
  • All data is regularly backed up securely online to an off-site location and (optionally) to tape
  • Network configuration changes, such as adding or removing user accounts and configuring access permissions
  • Unlimited IT support by remote means: remote desktop streaming, telephone and email
  • A 4 hour response time where a site visit is required
  • Preferential rates on special projects such as office relocations or installing new equipment

Prior to the commencement of the IT support contract we will carry out a full audit of your existing systems and set up your network for secure remote access. The audit will:

  • Provide us with invaluable knowledge of your current systems and the way you work
  • Help you answer questions about your future IT requirements
  • Give you documentation on your existing systems
  • Check for potential problems
  • Ensure that anti-virus software and other security systems are in place and up to date
  • Update insurance anually with latest replacement costs
